Club offers two golf courses, one designed by Dan Maples and the other by Arnold Palmer. A historic clubhouse houses a restaurant for a fine dining experience as you overlook the 1,130 acre lake. The is one of the largest man-made lakes in North Carolina. The impressive views and well-maintained grounds make Woodlake pleasing to visitor and resident alike.

The two-story southern-style mansion, with its columned portico, serves as Woodlake's clubhouse. It sits regally on the shore of Woodlake Golf and Country Cllub NC the lake and its outdoor patio and elegant indoor banquet room, both served by an outstanding kitchen, provide an ideal setting in which to hold a wedding or other great occasion. The mansion, which was named in honor of John A. Oates, a lawyer, historian and former president of Wake Forest College, and once served as a hotel and tavern, was relocated to Woodlake from Fayetteville in 1995.

Club members and their guests can enjoy a pristine lake which supports a multitude of recreational activities, including boating, sailing, swimming, fishing and water skiing. There's always something happening at Woodlake and the staff stays busy keeping members informed of upcoming events, using newsletters, calendars, directories and message boards to help new members connect and get involved quickly.

May 01, 2010 through to May 31, 2010 there were 64 Single Family Homes Sold. Average Sales Price of $247,870. Average Days on Market (DOM) was 161. During the same time there were 140 New Listings entering the market with the Average Asking Price $392,151. Currently there are 1,080 homes listed sale for sale with the Average Asking Price $410,920.
